About

Born in London Jennie Baptiste (Jennie B to some) has been doing Photography since she got her break in Touch magazine back in the day.

She has worked on stills for music videos, as well as doing portraits of many music artists from Nas, Jay Z, Biggie, Estelle and Cheryl Cole to name a few.

As a photographer, her work is inspired by music and youth culture.

Clients include Nike, Virgin Airways, Levi’s and Sony Music to name a few.

Her photographs have been exhibited widely in Paris, Berlin, London and New York including the show “ Staying Power “ at The V & A Museum and Black Cultural Archives. In addition, her work is included in the collection of the National Portrait Gallery and The V & A Museum in London.
